Eskrima 1-2-3 De Campo Heneral (Eskrima PPZ) is for all ages, young (preferably above 10 years old), young, adults and elderly of any gender. It is not for sports competitions, tournaments and the likes. Uniform is optional to all learners. Any outfit can do. There are three fighting ranges of Eskrima/Arnis system, the Corto-Mano (short range), Medio-Mano (medium range) and Largo-Mano (long range). De Campo Heneral considers only two, the Medio-Mano for beginners and Largo-Mano for Basic and advance courses.
